Telecommunication Relief

  • T-Mobile

    • All current T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers who have plans with data will have unlimited smartphone data for the next 60 days (excluding roaming).

    • Providing T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile customers an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot/tethering service for the next 60 days – coming soon.

  • Sprint

    • Will not terminate service if customers are unable to pay their bill and will waive late fee incurred because of the economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.

    • Customers with metered data plans will receive unlimited data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost.

    • Will provide customers with an additional 20GB of mobile hotspot data per month for 60 days (a minimum of two bill cycles) at no extra cost

  • Verizon Wireless

    • The company will not terminate service to any residential customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus.

  • AT&T

    • Will not terminate the service of any wireless, home phone or broadband residential customer because of their inability to pay their bill; and will waive any late payment fees that any wireless, home phone or broadband residential customer may incur because of economic hardship related to the coronavirus pandemic.

    • If you are unable to pay your bill, AT&T asks that customers call 800-288-2020.

  • NJ Covid-19 & Poison Center Public Hotline (call 24/7)

    • For general questions about Covid-19: 1-800-962-1253 or 1-800-222-1222

  • NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid & CHIP)

    • Will cover testing, visits for testing, and testing-related services without cost to members.

    • Will cover 90-day supplies of prescriptions for maintenance medications.

    • Will direct hospitals to waive cost-sharing for uninsured individuals who are eligible for charity care for medically necessary testing and testing-related services for the COVID-19 virus.
